The light has a housing (2) with at least one light source (7 1,7 2) and forming an essentially closed light radiation surface over its entire transparent surface. The light radiation surface is divided into at least two separate areas (10 1-10 4), each individually adjustable in respect of its brightness and /or color by influencing the light source or a light influencing element between the source and the housing.

Bei einer Leuchte (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dem mindestens ein Leuchtmittel (71-74) angeordnet ist, bildet das Gehäuse (2) über seine gesamte, transparente Oberfläche hinweg eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Lichtabstrahlfläche. Die Lichtabstrahlfläche ist in zumindest zwei voneinander getrennte Lichtabstrahlbereiche (101-104) unterteilt ist, wobei jeder Lichtabstrahlbereich (101-104) durch eine Beeinflussung des Leuchtmittels (71-74), des Gehäuses (2) oder eines zwischen dem Leuchtmittel (71-74) und der Lichtabstrahlfläche angeordneten Lichtbeeinflussungselements hinsichtlich seine Helligkeit und/oder Farbe individuell eingestellt werden kann. <IMAGE>
