The thrust centrifuge includes a rotatable sieving drum (6) to separate a mixture (2) into a solid cake (3) and a liquid phase (4), a mixture distributor (7) inside the sieving drum and equipped with a thrust base device (8), and a feed component (9) with an inlet funnel (10) which widens in the direction of the thrust base component. The inlet funnel is constructed as a prefiltering sieve for the prefractioning of the liquid phase from the mixture. The prefiltering sieve conically widens by a constant opening angle in the direction of the thrust base device.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schubzentrifuge (1) zur Trennung eines Gemischs (2) in einen Feststoffkuchen (3) und in eine Flüssigphase (4), wobei die erfindungsgemässe Schubzentrifuge (1) eine um eine Drehachse (5) rotierbare äussere Siebtrommel (6) und einen in der Siebtrommel (6) angeordneten Gemischverteiler (7) mit einer Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) umfasst. Dabei ist die Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) so angeordnet und ausgestaltet, dass der Feststoffkuchen (3) mittels der Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) verschiebbar ist. Weiter umfasst die Schubzentrifuge (1) eine Einspeiseeinrichtung (9), mit welcher das Gemisch (2) über den Gemischverteiler (7) in einen Leerraum (R) einbringbar ist, der beim Verschieben des Feststoffkuchens (3) durch die Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) entsteht, wobei die Einspeiseeinrichtung (9) einen Einlauftrichter (10) umfasst, der sich im wesentlichen erweiternd zur Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) hin erstreckt. Der Einlauftrichter (10) ist dabei als Vorfiltersieb (10) zur Vorabscheidung von Flüssigphase (4) aus dem Gemisch (2) ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
