Abstract (en)
The thrust centrifuge includes a rotatable sieving drum (6) to separate a mixture (2) into a solid cake (3) and a liquid phase (4), a mixture distributor (7) inside the sieving drum and equipped with a thrust base device (8), and a feed component (9). The mixture distributor has at least one funnel (10) for the pre-acceleration of the mixture. The funnel is rotatable around a drive axis (11) by a drive (12) at a predetermined RPM. The funnel conically widens by a constant opening angle in the direction of the thrust base device.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schubzentrifuge (1) zur Trennung eines Gemischs (2) in einen Feststoffkuchen (3) und in eine Flüssigphase (4). Die erfindungsgemässe Schubzentrifuge (1) umfasst dabei eine um eine Drehachse (5) rotierbare äussere Siebtrommel (6), einen in der Siebtrommel (6) angeordneten Gemischverteiler (7) mit einer Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) und einer Einspeiseeinrichtung (9), wobei die Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) so angeordnet und ausgestaltet ist, dass der Feststoffkuchen (3) mittels der Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) verschiebbar ist und mit der Einspeiseeinrichtung (9) das Gemisch (2) über den Gemischverteiler (7) in einen Leerraum (R) einbringbar ist, der beim Verschieben des Feststoffkuchens (3) durch die Schubbodenvorrichtung (8) entsteht. Der Gemischverteiler (7) umfasst mindestens einen Trichter (10) zur Vorbeschleunigung des Gemischs (2), wobei der Trichter (10) um eine Antriebsachse (11) drehbar angeordnet und mittels eines Antriebs (12) mit einer vorgebbaren Drehzahl um die Antriebsachse (11) rotierbar ist. <IMAGE>
