Abstract (en)
Process for shaping workpieces from material strips uses an auxiliary shaping agent and a tool that at least partly or completely penetrates the material strips along a contour. The auxiliary shaping agent is applied to one or both sides of the material strips only along the contour of the workpiece before shaping of the workpiece. Preferred Features: The auxiliary shaping agent is applied to both sides of the material strips along the contour during the shaping process or in a step before shaping.

Bei einem Verfahren zum Ausformen von Werkstücken aus einem Materialstreifen unter Einsatz eines Ausformhilfsstoffes mittels einem Werkzeug, welches zumindest teilweise oder ganz entlang einer Kontur in den Materialstreifen eindringt, soll ein Ausformhilfsstoff nur entlang der Kontur vor dem Ausformen des Materials auf den Materialstreifen aufgebracht werden.
