Abstract (en)
Each gripper bar (15, 25) is carried at one side by a holding tower (17, 27) running on rails. Its opposite end has a telescopically-extending section (23). This docks with a second holding tower (21, 28). The towers adjust heights of the bars individually. This allows one bar to travel over the other, as it moves along the cutting frame (12). In the depressed position, one end of the bar opposite a tower, runs on a carriage (20). Both bars have towers, the carriages being turned to the side of the cutting frame. There are three rails (18, 19, 22) on each side, to carry towers and carriages on outer and inner rails respectively. Each tower has a lifting device (30) for the bars. The extending sections are detachably connected to the towers at their ends using a peg and bore attachment. Carriages move relative to fixed rollers, a motor (40) drive being used to tension the material over the rollers.

Eine Zuschneideanlage für eine Materialbahn besteht aus einer Abwickeleinheit (10), einer nachgeschalteten, als Zwischenspeicher dienenden Tänzereinheit (11), sowie einem nachgeschalteten Schneidegestell (12) mit einer daran angeordneten Schneideeinheit (13), wobei über die Längserstreckung des Schneidegestells (12) wenigstens zwei an einer seitlichen Schienenanordnung (14) geführte, sich parallel zur Schneideeinheit (13) erstreckende Greiferbalken (15, 25) verfahrbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist dafür Sorge getragen, daß jeder Greiferbalken (15, 25) bei seiner Bewegung längs des Schneidegestells (12) den anderen Greiferbalken (15, 25) überfahren kann. <IMAGE>
