[origin: WO03063670A1] The invention relates to a dispenser consisting of an autonomous unit (4) comprising: means of dispensing the roll of material; a cutting drum; and side panels (4a 4b). The rear profile of said side panels comprises an edge (4c) and corresponds to the internal profile of the case. Moreover, the lower part of the lower face (4c2) of said edge extends into a tongue which can be locked and positioned in a housing (2e). Said housing is formed by the front part of the base wall of the case for the rails (2f), which are used to position the lower edges of the side panels. The upper part of the aforementioned side panels (4a 4b) are formed with an elastic tongue (4c), each tongue receiving a shaped locking tab (4g) which is positioned behind tabs that form hooks on the rear face of the case.
