Abstract (en)
Manufacturing elastic ultra-thin filament textured yarn involves producing ultra-thin filament textured yarn by heating, false twisting and spinning; spinning two thermoplastic polymers having different shrinkage to form self-crimped thermoplastic filaments; concurrently feeding the textured yarn and thermoplastic filaments into a compressed air jet system to form a yarn; feeding the yarn into a roller followed by winding.
