[origin: EP1473240A1] A stackable and collapsible transport box comprises a base plate including supporting pillars arranged as tubular elements beneath base plate and as angular elements above base plate. The angular elements are provided with step-like arrangements to receive tubular elements of a second transport box in the collapsed state. A stackable and collapsible transport box comprises a base plate (2); two first sidewalls (4, 6) mutually opposite and collapsible in a lower first plane connected to the base plate via hinge joints; and two second sidewalls (3, 5) mutually opposite and collapsible in a higher second plane connected to the base plate via hinge joints. The base plate comprises supporting pillars (8, 15) arranged as tubular elements (10) beneath the base plate and arranged as angular elements (11) above the base plate. The angular elements are provided with step-like arrangements to receive tubular elements of a second transport box in the collapsed state.
