Abstract (en)
The device has a binder injection ramp (2) to deposit a film of binder on a roadway (3). The binder injection ramp is placed at front of a gravel injection ramp (4) on a chassis (10). The gravel injection ramp deposits a layer of fine gravels on the film of binder. The layer of fine gravels is initially formed in width and thickness on conveyor belts (51,52) before being deposited in the film of binder. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method for realizing a road surfacing (b) a road surfacing.

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour la réalisation d'un revêtement routier comprenant un moyen (2) de dépôt d'un film de liant sur une chaussée (3), un moyen (4) de dépôt d'une couche de gravillons sur ledit film de liant et au moins un tapis roulant (51, 52). Selon l'invention, la couche de gravillons est préalablement formée en largeur et en épaisseur sur au moins ledit tapis roulant (51, 52) avant d'être déposée sur le film de liant. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de réaliser un revêtement capable de résister durablement à l'usure et de s'intégrer dans un programme de réalisation en zone à trafic intense et rapide, qui impose rapidité d'exécution et un nombre limité de moyens sur chantier.
