[origin: EP1475010A1] The device has a container (2) containing a polymer product to be applied on hair and on scalp with a product distribution valve. A hair uplifting unit (20) is movable with respect to the container to activate the product distribution valve. A distribution nozzle distributes the product on the hair and the scalp after uplifting the hair by the hair uplifting unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for applying a polymer product on hair.
