[origin: EP1475346A2] The lifting gear has the torque of a drive shaft (2) transmitted to a cable drum (4) via a coupling with coupling elements which each consists of individual coupling segments which on both sides have radially inwards and radially outwards pointing driving cams. The coupling segments extend outside the driving cams between the driving flange (3a) on the drive shaft and the cable drum. For the extent between the driving flange and cable drum the coupling segments have sections having locating faces (9b) extending flat from the driving cams.
