[origin: EP1475564A1] The device has a reflector (5) adjustable in inclination and in rotation around a vertical axis (A). A bent flexible rod (17) has a blocking pin (18) to co-operate with holes (20) arranged in a circle on a horizontal plate (6). A flexible operating rod (21) fixed at a periphery of the reflector has a blocking pin (22) co-operating with holes (19) arranged in an upper zone of the rod (17).
