[origin: WO03071043A1] The invention concerns a device for fixing a sound-proofing panel (1) on a wall (P), characterized in that it comprises first fixing means (10) associated with the wall (P), second fixing means (20) associated with said sound-proofing panel(s) (1), said first (10) and second (20) fixing means being mutually connected by elastic linking means (30). Adjustment of the elasticity of the linking means enables to tune individually the frequency of each sound-proofing panel, so as to process the different ranges of audio frequencies. Additionally, the inventive device enables uncoupling of the sound-proofing panels relative to the wall whereon they are mounted, thereby reinforcing the insulation of the room.
