[origin: EP1477736A1] A vertical drive shaft (36) has a housing (36') rotating with it. It has several horizontal overlapping rings sloping down from a central disk to an outermost ring standing on a circular wall (43). The chamber under the ring is divided into sectors by eight vertical walls (37). The dividing walls stand on a baseplate (39) with apertures (42) arranged in a ring. The primary air supply system (1) has a fixed chamber (40) under the rotating baseplate, with apertures (44) of different sizes admitting different amounts of air into the sector-shaped chambers.
