Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Lüftungsvorrichtung zur Be- und Entlüftung von Räumen eines Gebäudes. Die Lüftungsvorrichtung (40) umfasst ein Gebläse (25, 44), welchem Ausblasschächte (12, 13; 50) zugeordnet sind. Die Lüftungsvorrichtung (40) fördert einen Umluftstrom (47) und/oder einen Außenluftstrom (54). Das Gebläse (25, 44) ist von einer geteilten Schallkapsel (1) umschlossen, deren Kapselteile (2, 3) so ausgebildet sind, dass entlang einer Stoßfuge (4) der Kapselteile (2, 3) eine formschlüssige, wärme- und schalldämmende Verbindung (7, 8) entsteht. <IMAGE>
