Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1479617A1] The device (1) has a partially twisted metallic wire (5) and a circular plate (8) of transparent synthetic material. The plate is made either by molding or thermoforming. The plate has four grooves on peripheral annular edge for receiving the wire in double. The upper face of the plate has arc-shaped grooves for tightly holding the wire tight after their introduction. An independent claim is also included for a sealing device for a bottle neck.
