[origin: EP1479621A2] The dispensing device has a second insert component (36) with an annular cylindrical section (42) located between the circumferential wall (26) of a first insert component (24) and contact face of a cap component. A flexible circular membrane (44) is formed on the forward end of the annular cylindrical section and has a pin (46) on the front side which by spring preloading of the membrane engages in the delivery opening. With operation of the delivery valve by pressure in a chamber (50) between the first and second inserts the membrane deforms rearwards and removes the pin from the delivery opening.
