Das Füllelement (1) zum Schließen von insbesondere Dach- und Fassadenblechen besteht aus einem Grundmaterial aus dauerelastischem Schaumstoff mit hoher Formstabilität und Regenabweisung, wobei das Füllelement (1) zwei gegenüberliegende Oberflächen (3, 5) aufweist. Es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß es eine Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (9) aufweist. <IMAGE>
