Abstract (en)
The device has a pipe (2), whose outer surface is at least partly provided with cooling ribs (3,4) whose free edges facing away from the pipe are provided with a cover at least in some areas. The pipe is flattened and has at least one flat surface that is occupied by ribs. The cover is in the form of plates (5,6) attached to the edges of the ribs. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method of manufacturing a heat exchanger (b) and a power generation system with an inventive heat exchanger.
Abstract (de)
Ausgehend vom vorbeschriebenen Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Wärmetauscher der gattungsgemäßen Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß dieser mit geringem wirtschaftlichen Aufwand und auf einfache Weise herstellbar ist, einen verbesserten mechanischen Verbund bietet und zugleich Materialeinsparungen ermöglicht. Vorrichtungsseitig wird mit der Erfindung zur technischen Lösung der Aufgabe vorgeschlagen, daß die der Rohroberfläche abgewandten freien Kanten der Rippen wenigstens bereichsweise mit einer Abdeckung versehen sind. <IMAGE>
