[origin: WO03073969A1] Disclosed is a surgical instrument comprising a handle (20) through which an aspiration duct (34) extends, a tool (12) which is attached to the handle, is penetrated by a duct (18), and is used for working on tissue, and a line (24, 28) feeding a rinsing liquid to the tool (12). Said rinsing liquid is sucked off through the tool (12) and the handle (20) along with tissue parts. The tool (12) is fluidically connected to a hose which extends through the aspiration duct (34) of the handle (20) when said tool (12) is attached to the handle (20).
