Process for continuous gluing of webs, especially the top of the corrugations (21) of corrugated cardboard webs (17), comprises transporting glue from a glue reservoir into a first dosing gap (26), dosing the glue into a second dosing gap (28) arranged downstream of the first dosing gap, and applying the glue onto the web. An independent claim is also included for a gluing device for carrying out the above process. Preferred Features: The glue is applied by squeezing.

Ein Leimwerk für eine Wellpappebahn (17) weist ein Gestell (1) auf, in dem eine Leim-Auftragswalze (5) und eine unterhalb hiervon angeordnete Leim-Vordosierwalze (10) und eine neben der Auftragswalze (5) angeordnete Leim-Nachdosierwalze (12) jeweils drehantreibbar gelagert sind. Zwischen der Leim-Vordosierwalze (10) und der Leim-Auftragswalze (5) wird ein Leim-Vordosier-Spalt (26) gebildet, in dem eine Vordosierung des Leims stattfindet. Zwischen der Leim-Auftragswalze (5) und der Leim-Nachdosierwalze (12) wird ein Leim-Nachdosier-Spalt (28) gebildet, in dem eine abschließende Nachdosierung und Kalibrierung des Leimfilms erfolgt. <IMAGE>
