Abstract (en)

Plate cylinder (1) comprises a tensioning channel (18) running in the axial direction with units for fixing the plate ends (8) of a pressure plate positioned on the plate cylinder. The forward plate end is fixed to a holding element (9) against a bearing surface (16) by a clamping rail (17) moving in the tensioning channel. After rotating the plate cylinder the forward plate end is hung on the clamping rail which can be re-inserted to clamp the plate end. Preferred Features: The clamping rail is clamped by a spring element in the moving direction of the clamping rail movement so that the clamping force is introduced in the region of the plate fixing.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Plattenzylinder (1) einer Druckmaschine mit einem in Achsrichtung verlaufenden Spannkanal (18), in dem Mittel zum Fixieren der Plattenenden (8; 10) mindestens einer auf dem Plattenzylinder (1) positionierbaren Druckplatte angeordnet sind, dass das vorlaufende Plattenende (8) durch eine in dem Spannkanal (18) bewegliche Spannschiene (17) mit einem Halteelement (9) gegen eine Anlagefläche (16) fixierbar ist, wonach nach Drehung des Plattenzylinders (1) das nachlaufende Plattenende (10) an der ausgefahrenen Spannschiene (17) einhängbar ist und wonach die Spannschiene (17) zur Spannung dieses Plattenendes (10) wieder einziehbar ist. <IMAGE>
