Abstract (en)
A one-way degassing valve (20) comprising a cardboard wall having a layer with a hollow or depression forming an inner protrusion beneath which is disposed with an impermeable diaphragm held in position by an aluminum film (8) having hole (26). (26) Corresponds part of the diaphragm bonded to the layer of cardboard to leave track(s) of non-bonding yet communicating with a cut in the layer of cardboard. A one-way degassing valve comprises a cardboard wall having a layer with a hollow or depression forming an inner protrusion beneath which is disposed an impermeable diaphragm held in position by an aluminum film having hole. The hole corresponds with the area of the diaphragm that is bonded or welded or sealed to the layer of cardboard in an area outside the area of the diaphragm to leave track(s) of non-bonding yet communicating with a cut formed in the layer of cardboard to allow communication between the inside and the outside of the container through the hole in the aluminum sheet, area of non-welding around the diaphragm, the track of non bonding, and the cut. An independent claim is also included for a cardboard container comprising one-way degassing valve.
