Abstract (en)

The invention concerns a ventilation system for ventilating an accommodation in a building, with an air supply and an air exhaust and with resources for controlling the quantity allowed fresh air and/or the removed quantity used air and a control unit for controlling the control appliances, where the system includes preferably one or more sensors that perform measurements to air in the building and provide an indication concerning the nature of the air supply and/or air exhaust and of which the measurement data are used by the control unit for controlling the control appliances.

The system has an adjustment component with a power unit having a self-blocking property. Resources mix allowed fresh air with air from an accommodation, before entering the accommodation. A sensor measures a property e.g. temperature, of the air in the accommodation outside the direct influence of an air supply or air exhaust. A through let (3) catches/stops from outside penetrated rainfall and/or transports to outside.
