[origin: WO03076124A1] Disclosed is a method for producing a rotationally symmetrical body, particularly an internal geared wheel (1) for a planetary carrier, which is provided with a tooth profile (2) and/or additional elements (3), said body being produced by non-cutting deformation. The inventive method is characterized by the fact that the tooth profile (2) and/or the additional elements (3) are incorporated into a strip of sheet metal (4), the strip of sheet metal (4) is cut to length before or after said incorporation, the strip of sheet metal (4) is bent so as to form a rotationally symmetrical body, and the ends of the strip of sheet metal (4) are attached to each other.
