The label (10), consisting of a main backing layer (20) with printed material (41) covering at least part of one surface (21). Its other surface (22), designed to be stuck to an article, has at least one zone coated with a first adhesive compound (31) of a permanent nature, and a second zone (A) coated with a second, different adhesive (32) that allows a portion of the label to be peeled away from the article to reveal a second printed layer (42).
