Abstract (en)

[origin: WO03066489A1] The invention relates to a modular support structure for receiving a transfer bridge. The support structure consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete components and prefabricated steel shutterwork. The support structure is assembled in situ on the building site using installation engineering technology, the components being interconnected by means of screw-threaded rods inserted through bore-type installation openings. In addition, the components are held together by the shutterwork (1) in the manner of a frame, said frame consisting of steel elements that have been welded together. The shutterwork (1) is used both to connect the components (5) mechanically and to receive the transfer bridge. In an advantageous embodiment, the support structure comprises at least one component with a U-shaped profile, with upper limbs that are bent inwards, or a component with a C-shaped profile, U-shaped profile, square-frame profile or L-shaped profile. Preferably, the components (5) have bore-type duct openings (10) for feeding through electric cables. An installation covering (11) can optionally be detachably connected to the shutterwork (1), said installation covering having positioning elements on its underside.
