The roll-type closure also comprises a sensor device (12), which serves to monitor the sash movement and is provided with a stationary sensory unit (11) for detecting the sash (3). The aim of the invention is to design a roll-type closure that can be more reliably operated while having a simple structure. To this end, the stationary sensor unit (11) is designed for counting the structures (2, 14) of the sash (3) that pass in front of it.
