Abstract (en)
A textile machine has a work-station for the preparation of cross-wound bobbins. In a process to repair a broken thread, the rotating bobbin and support roller esp. remain separated until a suction jet has acquired the loose upper thread end for the subsequent splicing operation. The splice is effected following a pre-determined thread cleaning-cut or unwanted thread break. Following the break, the bobbin is raised from the support roller by the swivel-arm mounted on the winding frame. The thread repair is then effected by prior art, the roller and bobbin are brought into contact, and the winding process resumed powered by a step-motor.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Arbeitsstelle einer Kreuzspulen herstellenden Textilmaschine, die einen schwenkbar gelagerten Spulenrahmen zum rotierbaren Haltern einer Kreuzspule, einen am Spulenrahmen angeordneten Spulenantrieb, eine während des Spulbetriebes von der Kreuzspule über Reibkontakt angetriebene Stützwalze, eine separate Fadenchangiereinrichtung sowie eine Einrichtung zum Anheben des Spulenrahmens im Falle eines Fadenbruches oder eines definierten Reinigerschnittes aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß nach einem Fadenbruch oder einem Reinigerschnitt die im Spulenrahmen gehaltene und durch den Spulenantrieb in Abwickelrichtung rotierte Kreuzspule und die Stützwalze wenigstens solange beabstandet bleiben, bis eine Saugdüse einen für einen nachfolgenden Fadenspleißprozeß notwendigen Oberfaden aufgenommen hat. <IMAGE>
