[origin: WO03078281A1] The invention relates to a method for picking goods, whereby a feed device feeds picked goods in a predetermined quantity to the picking containers. The inventive method is characterised in that the quantity of goods fed to the picking target container is checked and that if a deviation from the number is identified, goods continue to be fed to the picking container and that in a subsequent step, the picking target container filled with picked goods is routed away from the transport path provided for the picking target containers. The invention also relates to a device that is suitable for carrying out said method.
