[origin: WO03078913A1] The invention relates to a heat exchanger having a plurality of tubes (101) which are arranged in a parallel manner. Two tube parts (130) and (131) are arranged radially outside the tubes (101) in such a way that one part of the first part of the tube (130) is arranged radially outside one part of the second part of the tube (131) on one partial area of the axial extension of the heat exchanger. A sealing element (150) is also arranged in the area where both tube parts (130) and (131) extend over a partial area of the sealing element in the axial direction thereof in radial contact with each other.
