The cross-sectional area of current conducting wires is chosen to ensure that with current conducting wires loaded with their rated current and with the ambient temperature being 30 ° C, the temperature of said current conducting wires is greater than 80 ° C but does not exceed 300 ° C. According to the inventive method, the support wire is implemented as a ground wire.
