Abstract (en)
The mincer has a separator for tough components, such as cartilage, tendons and nerves, comprising a grille (1) associated with a separating blade (2) and an outlet tube (4). One end of the outlet tube has an axial channel (41) to receive the end (30) of the mincer drive shaft (3), which has a ring (43) allowing it to rotate, and a series of peripheral channels (42). The length of the axial and peripheral channels corresponds more or less to the length of the supported end of the mincer drive shaft, and the outer ends of the peripheral channels are cut at an angle.
