Abstract (en)
The piston chamber (2) of the pump is sealed at both ends by membranes (24, 26) moved by the motion of the piston (1). The upper surface (8) and a cylindrical extension (6) on top of the piston (1) are positioned within the piston chamber (2). Two ring-shaped areas (23, 25), both attached to the extension (6) with the edges of the two membrane valves (24, 26) form the outer walls of the piston chamber (2). The arrangement is completed by an additional outlet chamber (21) leading to the nozzle (31).

Eine Pumpe für fließfähige Medien mit einem Kolben und einer Kolbenkammer, wobei die Kolbenkammer an beiden Enden durch entsprechend der Bewegung des Kolbens betätigte Membranventile abdichtbar ist. Das technische Problem ist eine optimale Anpassung der Kolbenkammer und der Membranventile an die Gebrauchsverhälnisse. Der Kolben (1) ragt mit einer Kopfwand (8) und einem Ringmantel (11) in die Kolbenkammer (2) hinein, die Kolbenkammer (2) ist außerdem durch zwei Ringmäntel (23, 25) begrenzt, die jeweils mit Membranventilen (24, 26) an dem Ringmantel (11) und der Außenfläche des Kolbens (1) anliegen, und an die Kolbenkammer (2) schließ eine in eine Düse (31) mündende Austrittskammer (21) an. <IMAGE>
