Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1491267A2] Process for deforming metallic strips (2) comprises impinging the strips with a deformation force, and applying a liquid (F) to one surface of the strip. The liquid is mixed with at least one component raising the deforming force and at least one component reducing the deforming force. The amounts of the components can be varied. An independent claim is also included for a device for deforming metallic strips.
