Abstract (en)
The salami or the cheese (16) is sliced by a rotating blade (18). Each of the slices (22) is guided around a drum (38) into a gap (44) created by the drum (38) and a spiked chain (32) rotating around a sprocket (34). An attachment in the shape of a drum holder and a cutting device is positioned parallel to the food slicing unit. A drum containing a suitable material like grease paper or food grade plastic is inserted into the holder and the outer end pulled through the cutting device. A single sheet is guided into the gap (20) at a time attaching itself to the slice of cheese or salami (22) in order to prevent the slices (22) from sticking to each other.

Um eine Trennblatt-Spendevorrichtung für Schnittgutscheiben und insbesondere für Lebensmittelaufschnitt, umfassend einen Halter für Trennmaterial, eine Schneideinrichtung zur Herstellung von Trennblättern und eine Transporteinrichtung mit mindestens einer drehbaren Transportwalze zum Transportieren von bahnförmigem Trennmaterial, so zu verbessern, daß diese sich auf einfache Weise in Verbindung mit einer Schneidemaschine zur Herstellung von Schnittgutscheiben einsetzen läßt, ist vorgesehen, daß die mindestens eine Transportwalze einer Umlenkeinrichtung für Schnittgut zugewandt angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
