Abstract (en)
The collar has a flange (1) made of semi rigid flexible material placed around a neck and maintained by a chain (3). The interior of the flange is maintained by a deformable membrane or hose (4) at an end (6). One end of the hose is connected to a gas cartouche (7) and another end (8) has an emptying valve (9). The flange presents a circular ovoid section or is endowed with grooves (11, 12) along the material.
