[origin: WO03084620A1] The invention relates to a ski binding, in particular for cross-country skiing. Said binding comprises a sliding element (142) that slides in the direction of travel and at least two spring-loaded detent bolts (101) that can be displaced in a transversal direction for engaging in corresponding fittings at the tip of the ski shoe, (step-in mechanism). The invention is characterised in that each of the two detent bolts (101) is carried by a spring-loaded moulded part (109) and that the opposing moulded parts (109) are held in slide channels of the sliding element (142).
