[origin: WO03084744A1] The invention concerns the production of laminated glass panes. The invention is characterized in that it consists in assembling glass panes consisting of two glass sheets assembled by at least an interposed laminate made of a thermoplastic material having properties of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheets, wherein the interposed laminate material is cut out and immediately placed between the glass sheets, without prior relaxation, and calendered at a temperature close to room temperature and not exceeding 35 DEG C. The inventive method enables time saving and simplification of the implementation, in particular concerning the edge-trimming of the interposed laminate, while preserving the quality of glass panes thus obtained.
