[origin: WO03085324A1] A thermocouple safety device, particularly for gas burners, comprises a phase conductor (3) and an earth conductor (4) of the thermocouple, each carrying a respective terminal (3a, 4a) for electrical connection to an electromagnetic unit (5) for controlling the opening/closure of a valve seat for the supply of the gas to the burner, as well as a tubular body (6) for housing the magnetic unit, from which body a collar-like element (7) extends coaxially along an axial axis (X). The device further comprises, at the free end (4a) of the earth conductor (4), a resiliently deformable connection element (11) which can be coupled with the collar-like element, transversely relative to the axial axis, for the restraint of the thermocouple relative to the tubular body of the device.
