Abstract (en)

[origin: WO03084839A1] The invention relates to a device for receiving a commodity, especially a watch or a writing implement, in a fixed position. Said device is provided with a container (B) consisting of a recess-type lower part (U) and a recess-type upper part (O), and at least one fixing means which is used to fix the commodity (A) to be received and is arranged inside the container. Each fixing means is embodied as a pair of clips and comprises a lower elastic holding element (10) which is arranged in the lower part (U) of the container and an upper elastic holding element (20) which is arranged in the upper part (O). The two holding elements (10, 20) together form the pair of clips and co-operate in such a way that they clamp the commodity (A) located in the container between each other in an elastic manner when the upper part (O) of the container (B) is placed on the lower part (U). In this way, the commodity can be perfectly fixed between wide boundaries independently of its shape and dimension, using the lowest structural means possible.
