Said compounds comprise at least one carbon bearing: an amine function, an allyl or propargyl radical, a difluoromethylene group, and a hydrogen or a hydrocarbon radical, advantageously selected among those which are electron donors or hardly electroattractive ( sigma p </= 0.1). The invention is useful for synthesis of fluorinated compounds.
