[origin: WO03044428A1] The invention relates to a gas stove pan comprising a pan plate (19) through which at least one gas burner (5, 7, 9, 11, 13) protrudes. Said pan plate (19) is surrounded by a raised lateral wall (21) and has at least one air opening (45). The aim of the invention is to be able to use a convection air from underneath the pan plate for cooling elements in the gas stove pan and/or to use it as secondary air. To this end, an air guiding plate (49) is provided that is placed on the pan plate (19). A space (50) is formed between the air guiding plate (49) and the pan plate (19) and is connected to the air opening (45).
