Abstract (en)
The strap (1) with a buckle (3) and prong (4), also includes transverse holes (25a-f) over a limited part of its length, with a last hole (13) at the end. Each hole has an associated slot (26a-f) cut through the thickness of the strap, to accommodate the prong. The strap can be shortened by cutting along a transverse section (27a, 27b). The transverse pivot bar and prong of the buckle are then held in the last hole in line.

Il est décrit un bracelet de montre comprenant un premier brin (1) muni d'une boucle (3) à ardillon (4) et un second brin (2) destiné à s'engager dans cette boucle. Pour permettre un ajustement grossier de la longueur du bracelet, le premier brin comporte une pluralité d'orifices transversaux (25a-25f) et de trous centraux (26a-26f) qui sont répartis à partir de son extrémité libre (5). Il est ainsi possible de couper ce brin sur une section qui passe par l'un des trous centraux (26a-26f), puis d'installer la boucle à ardillon sur la nouvelle extrémité libre du brin. Un tel bracelet peut être fabriqué en une seule taille pour toutes les grosseurs de poignets. <IMAGE>
