The support (20) is fixed on a product container. The applicator (11), mounted on the support, has an application surface (12). This is fed through a passage (16, 24) penetrating through the applicator and its support, which can be connected to the interior of the container through a container opening. La présente invention concerne un dispositif (10) pour l'application sur une surface d'un produit, notamment cosmétique ou de soin, comprenant : un support (20) destiné à être fixé sur un récipient contenant ledit produit, un organe d'application (11) définissant une surface d'application (12), ledit organe d'application étant monté sur le support, la surface d'application (12) étant alimentée par au moins un passage (16, 24) apte à être en communication avec l'intérieur du récipient, via une ouverture du récipient, le passage traversant l'organe d'application et le support, l'organe d'application étant fixé au support par une soudure (50) formée autour d'au moins une partie du passage (16, 24) en le bordant au moins en partie. La soudure est obtenue lors de la formation du passage traversant le support et l'organe d'application, notamment par perçage au moyen d'un rayon laser. <IMAGE>
