The device has a turning part (4) mounted on the top of a main body (3) and a head (4b) formed on top of the turning part. An insertion cam (9) is mounted under the body for cooperating with rail fastenings. The head or the turning part is positioned angularly independent from the usage position of the cam to place a push bar (27) at the interior of a safety zone.

Cet outil manuel (2) est conçu pour effectuer la pose et la dépose des attaches élastiques de rails de voies ferrées. Il comprend un corps de base (3), sous lequel est montée mobile une partie active (9, 9a) qui coopère avec l'attache à insérer ou à extraire. Une tête tournante (4, 4a), orientable autour d'un axe sensiblement vertical (A), est prévue au sommet du corps principal (3), cette tête (4b) portant un organe de commande manuelle tel que barre de poussée (27), qui s'étend sur le côté de ladite tête (4b). Une transmission multiplicatrice de force, par exemple hydraulique, relie l'organe de commande manuelle (27) à la partie active (9, 9a). Ainsi, l'organe de commande manuelle peut être placé, indépendamment de la position d'utilisation de la partie active (9, 9a), dans une orientation adaptée, en particulier à l'intérieur d'une zone sécurisée. <IMAGE>
