[origin: WO03049907A1] The invention relates to a manual machine tool (10) with a housing (12) that accommodates a rotatably driven drive shaft (20) that carries an especially disk-shaped cutting tool that can be removably chucked. Said drive shaft (20) can be stopped by means of an axially displaceable locking bolt (36) that extends through a through bore of the housing (12) and that can be actuated from the exterior. The diameter-length ratio of the through bore (35) and the locking bolt (36) is less than 1.8, especially equal 1.5, thereby making the tool more robust and reducing manufacturing costs.
