[origin: WO03091024A1] The invention relates to devices for fixing at least one packing (03a) to a cylinder (01a) and to printing groups comprising said devices. A retaining element (16), which is located in a channel (06a) of the cylinder and retains the packing on an outer surface of the cylinder and a spring element (17), which co-operates with the retaining element and exerts the required clamping force, are supported in the channel in such a way that the retaining element, which is pivotally mounted in or at the base of the channel is simultaneously fixed in its bedding position (24) during the clamping process and is thus secured against being inadvertently unclamped from the channel.
