[origin: EP1498673A1] Refrigeration units (V1,V2) are supplied with cold refrigerant from a reservoir (S1) and compressors (X,Y,Z) supply warm refrigerant from a reservoir (S2) through valves (a,c,d) to the evaporator units when defrosting is required. A bypass valve (b) is opened when the others are closed.
