The plug-in arrangement has a connection side with a first carrier body (10) fixed onto a base printed circuited board (PCB) (6). The carrier body includes a contact ball holder (12) with contact balls that are arranged in at least one row. A plug-in side has a second carrier body (20), wherein two contact ball holders (22) are arranged in a carrier element. Contact balls (24) are arranged on either side of a card PCB (8), which is inserted into the carrier body. Electrical connection is established between first and second carrier bodies using a strip conductor provided on a flexible conductor foil (4). The contact balls in the contact ball holders are so arranged that they contact the strip conductors of the PCBs on one side and the strip conductors of the foil on the other side. The balls are pushed against the strip conductors using spring elements (30,32).

Für eine elektrische Verbindung von mindestens zwei Leiterplatten wird eine Steckvorrichtung mit einer Steckseite und einer Anschlussseite vorgeschlagen, bei der in einem Steckgehäuse eine Anordnung von mehreren Tägerkörpern vorgesehen ist, in denen Kontaktkugeln für die elektrische Kontaktierung der Leiterbahnen angeordnet sind. Dabei ist mindestens ein erster Trägerkörper mit einer Anschlussseite fest mit einer Basis-Leiterplatte verbunden, während mindestens ein zweiter Trägerkörper mit einer Steckseite für eine darin steckbare Kartenrand-Leiterplatte vorgesehen ist. Die elektrische Verbindung zwischen den beiden Trägerkörpern erfolgt mittels auf einer flexiblen Leiterfolie aufgebrachten Leiterbahnen, die von den Kontaktkugeln kontaktiert werden. <IMAGE>
